Cancellation Policy

Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, if you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hrs (1 week for any bridal or event booking) prior to your scheduled time. We reserve the right to charge 100% for appointments not cancelled within this period. At time of booking a credit card will be required and we will take a 50% deposit for bridal service contracts. All bridal services are to be paid in full 72 hrs prior to booking date. All details will be finalized via email at time of booking.
